For certain purchases, we may require from you, your proof of identity and residence. For this, you may be required to provide copies of Government issued photo identity and acceptable residence proof such as, (a) passport, (b) driving license, (c) voter’s ID, (d) PAN card or AADHAR card, (e) utility bills or rent agreements. We may require that you provide such documents to us by uploading the same to our website or if required by the delivery/courier service, provide the same to the delivery/courier service used by us for delivery of the products to you.
For purchases above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card must be provided upon placing the order or else we will have to cancel your order. Please note that the billing name has to be the same as the name on the PAN card provided in order for us to be able to process your order.
You represent that all information provided by you to us from time to time will be true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Please note that we reserve the right to separately confirm and validate all information and details provided by you at any point in time. Further, we also reserve the right to ask for additional information from you, if such information is required for us to accept your orders and complete delivery of the same to you.
If upon verification of your information we find any discrepancy in the details provided by you, or we have reasonable grounds at any time to believe that such information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your account with us and cease to provide our Services to you.
You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by you is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by us for re-delivery shall be borne by you. If the delivery is accepted at the address and in accordance with other information provided by you, the product will be deemed to have been delivered to you, even and we will not be responsible thereafter for receipt of the product by you. .
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
It is your responsibility to check the product description before you place an order on the website. Once an order is placed by you, you are deemed to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item's description.
We are not liable for any delivery delays on account of public holidays or caused due to any force majeure event including without limitation natural calamity, governmental actions, pandemic or any other unforeseen circumstance.
Any product you buy from our website is completely at your discretion and you accept that you place the order only after thoroughly inquiring about the product and being completely acquainted about the product, its features, characteristics, usage, etc. We are not liable for any kind of damages or losses whatsoever suffered by the customers due to the use of the product.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Your personal information submitted on the website will be protected as per our Privacy Policy.

2. Order cancellation by Us
There may be certain orders that we cannot accept, and therefore we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion at any time.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
3. Cancellation by Customer, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Once an order is placed it is considered as a final sale and no cancellations are accepted. If however you are unsatisfied, or there are sizing issues and you would like to exchange the product then please reach out to us at contact@bombaeblingjewels.com within 7 days of receiving the product. The product should be in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and should be unused. Any purchases made on sale days are final and cannot be exchanged. Nose Pins are not eligible for exchange due to hygienic reasons.
Once you put in an exchange request then our delivery executive shall come by and pick up the product. In case a pick-up by our logistics partner is not available in your area pin code then we shall request you to please courier the parcel back to us through a reliable courier service.
Please note that we charge a flat charge of Rs 150 for logistics related to product exchange.
In case you receive a damaged or broken piece of jewellery then please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it and we shall definitely replace the same if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect from our end.
It is up to our discretion whether the product qualifies for exchange according to our policies.
Registered customers can always check the status of their order with us as provided on the website.
4. Our Lifetime Buyback Guarantee Policy
Jewellery purchased from Bombae Bling Jewels may be returned at any time for a 50% buyback based on the original purchase price.
All jewellery purchased from Bombae Bling Jewels is eligible for the buyback program subject to the terms and conditions below.
The jewellery must be returned to Bombae Bling Jewels through an approved method and the shipping cost of the same shall be borne by the customer.
The buyback price is 50% of the original purchase price which shall be given to the customer in the form of store credit valid for 1 year.
Jewellery shall be accepted back regardless of age or condition as long as it is not significantly damaged, is not altered and has no missing pieces.
It is up to our discretion whether the product qualifies for buyback according to our policies.
5. Modification to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
