Refund policy

Once an order is placed it is considered as a final sale and no cancellations are accepted. If however you are unsatisfied, or there are sizing issues and you would like to exchange the product or return it then please reach out to us at contact@bombaeblingjewels.com 

We have a 7-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/return. 

To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange/return, you can contact us at contact@bombaeblingjewels.com and our team shall coordinate and explain the next steps. 

Once your exchange/return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping details, you will need to then package the product securely in its original packing and hand it over to our logistics partner who shall come by and pick it up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. 

Once we receive and approve your exchange/return, a standard logistics charge of ₹200 will be applicable. In case of an exchange, this amount will be adjusted against the value of the new piece. In case of a return, ₹200 will be deducted from the eligible amount, and the balance will be issued as a credit note/code or refund, as applicable.

Damages and issues

In case you receive a damaged or broken piece of jewellery then please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it and we shall definitely replace the same if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect from our end. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Nose Pins are not eligible for return/exchange due to hygienic reasons. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
